This means we are committed to staying up to date on factors affecting the real estate market value and activity, seeking information on new options for buyers and sellers, finding better communication methods and most importantly, putting your needs first.
The Schmitt Team today consists of four members with a combined 40+ years of experience in the real estate industry; each one of us equally dedicated to working together for the best interest of our clients. Our team was originally created to strive for superior client service during the home buying or selling experience by assigning the right person for each task throughout the process and embracing an abundance of authentic communication. Continually building our team on this foundational truth allows us the opportunity to better assist buyers, sellers, and investors with a multitude of diverse real estate ambitions throughout Minnesota.

For as long as we’ve been around, we’ve been in the business of serving people all around Minnesota. We primarily focus on the 7-county metro and surrounding twin cities region; however we do appreciate the opportunity to assist clients in other areas as well. Since 2017, we have had extensive experience in serving the real estate communities in Hennepin, Carver, Wright, Scott, Dakota, Rice, Le Seur, and Sibley counties. In addition to the clients we have been able to help over the years, we’ve also had successful experiences with our own home buying and selling experiences both west and northwest of the twin cities region. We look forward to adding to the communities we know and serve for many years to come.
